1. Operator and scope

Olympian Funding LLC, doing business as AlgoLabs ("AlgoLabs," "we," "us," or "our"), operates algolabs.us, portal.algolabs.us, and their pages (together, the "Site"). This Privacy Policy applies to information handled through the public website, client portal, and messages you choose to prepare or send through its contact tools.

The client portal provides verified accounts, business profiles, problem intake, project status, published updates, and support requests. It does not currently accept payments, client file uploads, or AI prompts. Data handled inside a paid client system is governed by the applicable signed agreement and, when appropriate, a data processing agreement or other project-specific privacy terms.

2. Information we collect and its sources

Information you provide

If you email or otherwise contact us, you may provide your name, email address, company, role, team size, website, time zone, project or workflow description, desired outcome, timing, tools, constraints, support requests, and the contents of your communications. The client portal also stores project stages, next actions, and updates AlgoLabs publishes to your workspace. We collect only what you choose to send or what is needed to operate the client relationship.

Technical information

When you access the Site, our hosting, delivery, and security providers may process limited technical information needed to serve and protect it. This can include an IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, referring page, timestamps, approximate location inferred from an IP address, and diagnostic or security events.

Information from other sources

We may receive business contact or inquiry information from a colleague, referral source, or service provider when they are permitted to share it. We do not intentionally purchase personal information from data brokers for this Site.

Please do not send passwords, financial account numbers, health information, government identifiers, private keys, biometric information, or other sensitive or regulated data through a general inquiry or the client portal unless a signed agreement and an approved secure process specifically allow it.

3. Current website providers, cookies, and tracking

GoDaddy provides domain, DNS, and public website hosting for algolabs.us. The separate client portal is delivered through OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare. Zoho provides email. These providers may process limited information on our behalf and under their own privacy terms where they act independently.

The founder and engineering-partnership pages include a project brief composer that runs in your browser. AlgoLabs does not receive or store the details entered there unless you choose to send the prepared message through Gmail or your email application. The client portal uses Sign in with ChatGPT to verify identity and essential session technology to keep an account signed in. OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare store portal profiles, project records, updates, requests, and audit events on our behalf. The Site does not currently operate a payment form or advertising pixel. Essential infrastructure may still use technical storage, network logs, or similar technologies to deliver, secure, and troubleshoot the Site.

Optional analytics are currently inactive in this redesigned public website. It does not load a Google Analytics tag, advertising pixel, or optional measurement script. A previously saved analytics preference may remain in your browser, but it does not activate analytics in this edition. The separate client portal uses its own essential account and session technologies.

You can use "Privacy choices" to record an essential-only preference in your browser. Optional analytics remain inactive regardless of an earlier saved choice. You can also delete cookies left by an earlier edition using your browser settings; this does not erase information previously sent to a provider. Blocking essential technologies may affect site functions. See Google's privacy policy.

4. How we use information

We may use information to:

• respond to questions and evaluate a potential project or business relationship;
• prepare proposals, statements of work, or other materials you request;
• communicate about an inquiry or an existing relationship;
• operate, deliver, secure, maintain, and improve the Site;
• detect abuse, fraud, security incidents, or technical problems;
• keep appropriate business records and protect legal rights; and
• comply with law and enforce applicable agreements.

5. Legal grounds for processing

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we process personal information as needed to take steps you request before entering a contract, perform an agreement, pursue legitimate interests such as responding to business inquiries and protecting the Site, comply with legal obligations, or act with your consent. You may withdraw consent where consent is the basis, without affecting processing that occurred before withdrawal.

6. How information may be disclosed

We may disclose information:

• to providers supporting website delivery, DNS, security, email, communications, document preparation, and other business operations;
• to lawyers, accountants, insurers, and other professional advisers;
• when you direct or authorize us to do so;
• when reasonably necessary to comply with law or legal process, investigate fraud or a security incident, enforce an agreement, or protect rights, property, safety, and the integrity of the Site; and
• in connection with a financing, merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of all or part of the business, subject to applicable law.

We do not sell personal information. The current Site does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising or targeted advertising.

7. AI and client project data

The public website and client portal do not automatically send portal submissions to an AI model for processing. They do not currently accept client file uploads. A general inquiry or portal submission is not authorization to use confidential information for model training or public display.

If a client project involves personal information, confidential data, AI model providers, or connected systems, the signed project agreement will identify the relevant scope, responsibilities, authorized providers, retention expectations, security commitments, and model-training settings. Those project terms control if they conflict with this public-Site policy.

8. Retention

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy. Relevant factors include whether an inquiry remains active, whether a business relationship develops, recordkeeping needs, legal obligations, dispute resolution, security, and enforcement of agreements. When information is no longer needed, we may delete, anonymize, or securely archive it as permitted by law.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures appropriate to the information we handle. Access is limited to people and providers who need it for an authorized purpose. No transmission or storage method is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Your choices and privacy rights

You may choose not to provide optional information. Depending on where you live, applicable law may also give you rights to:

• know whether and how we process your personal information;
• access, correct, or delete personal information;
• receive a portable copy of certain information;
• object to or restrict certain processing;
• withdraw consent when processing relies on consent;
• appeal a decision or complain to an appropriate privacy authority; and
• exercise applicable rights without unlawful discrimination.

We may verify your identity and authority before completing a request. An authorized agent may need to provide proof of authority. Legal exceptions may apply, and we may retain information when required or permitted by law. To appeal a decision, reply to our response and explain why you believe the decision should be reconsidered.

The Site does not currently offer a newsletter. If we later send optional marketing email, you may opt out using the instructions in the message, while continuing to receive necessary relationship or transaction communications.

11. International processing

The Site is operated from the United States. Information may be processed in the United States or other locations where our providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate contractual or legal safeguards for international transfers.

12. Children

The Site is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the Site. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can review and address it.

13. Third-party links

The Site may link to services we do not control. Their privacy practices are governed by their own notices. We encourage you to review those notices before providing information.

14. Changes and contact

We may update this Privacy Policy as the Site, our providers, or our practices change. The effective date at the top identifies the current version. We will provide additional notice of material changes when required by law.
